Experience Ron Mullennex, Senior Vice President, manages the Special Services Division of Marshall Miller & Associates and coordinates the wireline geophysical division. His 34 years experience in diverse geologic and hydrogeologic applications includes all aspects of coal geology. Mr. Mullennex's specific areas of expertise involve the application of stratigraphic and deposystem analysis to coal reserve delineation and mineability determination; and the hydrogeologic aspects of mining and quarrying--including problematic mine drainage prevention and/or mitigation and the hydrologic impacts of mining and quarrying. Mr. Mullennex serves in expert witness capacities in litigations involving reserve evaluations, mineability, mining impacts, and other hydrogeologic and geologic issues.

Mr. Mullennex is a member of the American Institute of Professional Geologists, the Association of Engineering Geologists, the Geological Society of America (Coal Geology and Hydrogeology Divisions), Society of Mining Engineers (SME) of AIME, Association of Ground Water Scientists and Engineers (division of National Ground Water Association), International Mine Water Association, American Society of Mining and Reclamation, and the International Mine Water Association.
